Booking a stay

Checking availability only needs your dates and number of guests — no personal details. If you then confirm a booking, the form also collects:

• Your name and email address
• Anything you add in the optional notes field

This is used only to create and manage your reservation. It's sent to Smoobu, the reservation system we use to manage bookings and send you your confirmation emails, and kept there for as long as needed to manage your stay and for standard booking records afterwards. We don't use it for marketing and we don't sell it.

Pacific Noma investment details

If you ask for details about the Pacific Noma development, we collect only the email address you enter. It's sent through FormSubmit (a form-delivery service) to our partner who handles investment inquiries, and used only to send you information about that project and to answer your questions about it. Tell us any time and we'll stop and delete it.

Hosting

The site runs on Cloudflare, which hosts the page and passes booking requests on to Smoobu — it doesn't use your data for anything beyond handling that request. Fonts are loaded from this site itself, not from Google or other third parties.
